1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by 360 Plumbing ("we," "us," or "our") to customers ("you," "your"). By using our plumbing services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer a range of plumbing services, including but not limited to:

-Emergency plumbing repairs

-General plumbing maintenance and installations

-Bathroom and kitchen plumbing

-Drainage services

-Boiler installation and repairs

- Central heating services

3. Quotations & Estimates

All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Quotations are based on information provided by the customer; any changes may result in additional charges. If unforeseen issues arise, we will inform you of additional costs before proceeding.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled appointment time; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Payments & Deposits

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or debit/credit card. Deposits may be required for large projects or materials. Late payments may be subject to interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Guarantees & Liability

We provide a guarantee on workmanship for 12 months unless stated otherwise. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and parts. We are not liable for pre-existing issues, customer-supplied materials, or damage caused by third parties. We are not responsible for delays caused by supplier shortages or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Health & Safety

We adhere to all UK health and safety regulations. Customers must ensure a safe working environment, including access to the premises and utilities.

8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Complaints should be submitted in writing within 14 days of service completion. We aim to resolve complaints amicably; unresolved disputes may be referred to a relevant trade association or small claims court.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.Customer information is only used for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
